NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, DOUGLAS COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Norma Jeanne Anderson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Oceanside Mortgage Company dated 1/15/2010 and recorded in Deed Book 2845 Page 600 and modified at Deed Book 3111/3270 Page 241/867 Douglas County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Ditech Financial LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $107,389.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on May 02, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: The land referred to in this Commitment is described as follows:

All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the 18th District and 2nd Section of Douglas County, Georgia, and being a part of original Land Lot Number 747 thereof, and being further described as being Lot Number 7 of the English Heights Subdivision as shown on the plat of survey thereof made by A.W . Robinson, Surveyor, dated August 10, 1959, and recorded in Plat Book 2, page 85, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows, to wit:

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of the Regent Street which point is 600 feet east of the intersection of the northerly side of Regent Street with the easterly side of Oxford Street, and running thence northerly a distance of 200 feet and to a corner on the original north line of Land Lot Number 747; thence east and along the original north line of Land Lot Number 747 a distance of 100 feet and to a corner; thence southerly a distance of 200 feet and to a corner on the northerly side of Regent Street; thence westerly and along the northerly side of Regent Street a distance of 100 feet to a corner at the point of beginning. Reference is made to said recorded plat in order to more fully describe the courses, distances, metes and bounds of said Lot Number 7 and said plat is hereby made a part of this description by reference thereto.

BEING designated as Tax Parcel No. 07471820004. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
