NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, DOUGLAS COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Cheryl R. Kelley to Washington Mutual Bank dated 3/17/2008 and recorded in Deed Book 2729 Page 674 Douglas County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 49,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on June 06, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 887 of the 18th District, 2nd Section of Douglas County, Georgia, and being more particularly described as follows:

Said tract closes as follows: from said point of beginning running thence South 07 degrees 39 minutes 46 seconds East a distance of 204.07 feet to an iron pin; thence running South 77 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 288.00 feet to an iron pin; thence running North 47 degrees 59 minutes 06 seconds West a distance of 206.29 feet to an iron pin; thence running North 20 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of 120.00 feet to an iron pin; thence running North 87 degrees 31 minutes 40 seconds East a distance of 364.45 feet to an iron pin to the true point of beginning being more particularly described in that certain plat of survey prepared for Thomas H. Kelley and Cheryl R. Kelley by West Georgia Engineers and Surveyors, Inc., dated January 29, 1991.
