Pursuant to that Default Judgment and Order, Civil Action File No. 15-CV-003149-P1, in the Superior Court of Paulding County, Georgia, of record in Deed Book 3462, Page 337, Douglas County, Georgia Records, and that Order, Civil Action File No. 15-CV-003149-P1, in the Superior court of Paulding County, Georgia, of record in Deed Book 3462, Page 344, Douglas County, Georgia Records, the above-referenced Security Deed of record in Deed Book 2657, Page 564, Douglas County, Georgia Records, is enforceable as to the date of recordation and provides constructive and record notice of the conveyance ofhte Property there instated. Furthermore, Federal National Mortgage Association holds a first-priority security interest in teh Property by virtue of said Security Deed. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
