NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, DOUGLAS COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Shaun Jermaine Redd to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for EquiFirst Corporation dated 11/14/2005 and recorded in Deed Book 2273 Page 630 Douglas County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Silverwood Capital LLC – Series D, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 25,200.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on May 02, 2017 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Original Land Lot No. 255, of the 18th District, 2nd Section, Douglas County, Georgia, being all of Lot No. 74, REGENCY STATION, as more particularly shown on plat recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 234-236, Douglas County, Georgia records, which plat is hereby referred to and incorporated herein by reference thereto for a more complete description of said lot, being improved property now or formerly known as 188 Meadowlark Place, according to the present system of numbering in Douglas County, Georgia.

This foreclosure is subject to the Security Deed from Shaun Jermaine Redd to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for EquiFirst Corporation, dated 11/14/2005, recorded 12/9/2005 in the original principal amount of $100,800.00, recorded in Deed Book 2273, Page 609, as last assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS2 at Deed Book 3127, Page 546, Douglas County, Georgia records.
 The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given). Said property is commonly known as 188 Meadow Lark Place, Austell, GA 30168 together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
