BY WARRANTY DEED DATED 12/14/01 AND RECORDED 01/02/02 IN BOOK 1507, PAGE 201 IN CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT`S OFFICE FOR DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA.BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO DARLINE AMITIE AND FRITZNEL AMITIE, WIFE AND HUSBAND FROM DARLINE AMITIE BY QUIT CLAIM DEED DATED 11-13-06 AND RECORDED 11-27-06 IN BOOK 2472, PAGE 909 IN THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT`S OFFICE FOR DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA.THIS CONVEYANCE IS SUBJECT TO ALL RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, SETBACK LINES, AND OTHER CONDITIONS SHOWN OF RECORD IN THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT`S OFFICE FOR DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA.
