Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Krystal Andrews and Gerald Mack to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for AME Financial Corporation, dated August 26, 2008, and recorded in Deed Book 2731, Page 335-346, Douglas County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to CitiMortgage, Inc. by assignment recorded on April 5, 2011 in Book 2929 Page 370 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Fifty-Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty and 0/100 dollars ($153,950.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on November 7, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 20 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:

COCHRAN, SURVEYOR, DATED SEPTEMBER 1,1966, AND SAID PLAT IS BY REFERENCE THERETO MADE A PART HEREOF TO MORE CLEARLY SHOW THE COURSES, METES,DISTANCES AND BOUNDS OF THE LOT AND DRIVEWAY HEREIN CONVEYED. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
