By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Athely Belt, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp. dated September 8, 2005, filed for record June 30, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 2387, at Page 621, Douglas County, Georgia Records, and last assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on August 28, 1017, in Deed Book 3520, at Page 294-295, Douglas County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated September 8, 2005 in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND ($229,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold before the Courthouse door at Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on December 5, 2017, the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney’s fees.
