Hall to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Ace Mortgage Funding, LLC dated December 13, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 2658, Page 649, as last modified in Deed Book 3459, Page 566, Douglas County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. securing a Note in the original principal amount of $112,157.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, June 5, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT AND PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 83 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT NO. 221 OF ROLLING HILLS ESTATES SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 275; SAID PLAT BEING MADE A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE METES AND BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCE OF SAID PROPERTY. Said property is known as 3919 Cindy Drive, Douglasville, GA 30135, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any.
