STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF DOUGLAS By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Adriane E Bean to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”), nominee for Opteum Financial Services, LLC, dated December 14, 2006 and recorded on December 15, 2006 in DEED Book 2485, Page 332, in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date, in the original principal amount of Eighty-Nine Thousand Three Hundred and 00/100 dollars ($89,300.00) with interest thereon as provided therein, will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday of August, 2018, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 95 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 156, QUAIL NEST SUBDIVISION, UNIT THREE AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 3, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH RECORDED PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION, SAID PROPERTY BEING KNOWN AS 5891 PAIR COURT ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING HOUSES IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA. Said property is commonly known as 5891 Pair Court, Douglasville, GA 30135. Said property will be sold on an “as-is” basis without any representation, warranty or recourse against the above-named or the undersigned.
