ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Michael T. Callicott and Jennifer K. Callicott to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Full Spectrum Lending, Inc., dated December 16, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 1894, Page 347, Douglas County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to Federal National Mortgage Association ("Fannie Mae"), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America by assignment recorded on October 7, 2016 in Book 3428 Page 377 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Four Thousand and 0/100 dollars ($104,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on July 5, 2017, the following described property: All that certain property situated in the County of DOUGLAS, and State of GEORGIA, being described as follows: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND lying and being in Land Lot 128 of the 1st District and 5th Section of Douglas County, Georgia, and being Lot 1 of BROOKE STATION, as shown upon the plat of survey filed of record in Plat Book 23, Page 56, Douglas County, Georgia; which plat of survey by reference thereto is incorporated in this description. Being more fully described in a deed dated 12/01/1997, and recorded 12/19/1997, among the land records of the county and state set forth above, in Deed Book 1121, page 129. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
