CAMP to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SOUTHSTAR FUNDING, LLC dated March 29, 2004, filed for record April 27, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 1951, Page 701, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ALL PERMITTED SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2004-8, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-8 by assignment to be recorded. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated March 29, 2004 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($104,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at DOUGLAS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT AND PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 914 OF THE 18TH DISTRICT AND 2ND SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT NO. 40 OF MCCLELLAN ESTATES SUBDIVISION AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 296 AND 297; SAID PLAT BEING MADE A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE METES AND BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCES OF SAID PROPERTY.
