Cody to Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage , dated 08/13/2013, recorded 08/27/2013 in Deed Book 3158, Page 971, Douglas County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of THREE HUNDRED THIRTY-ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($331,877.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January 2018 by Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage, as Attorney in Fact for John R.
