AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS CORPORATION dated NOVEMBER 6, 2009, and recorded on NOVEMBER 24, 2009, in DEED BOOK 2834, PAGE 403, of the DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records; as last assigned to GREEN PLANET SERVICING, LLC N/K/A PLANET HOME LENDING, LLC, by Assignment dated AUGUST 9, 2012, and recorded on AUGUST 22, 2012, recorded at DEED BOOK 3046, PAGE 267, aforesaid records; conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND, EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY Dollars and 00/100 ($158,850.00) with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of DOUGLAS County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first TUESDAY in OCTOBER, 2017, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 218 of the 2nd District, 5th Section, Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 31, Cedar Mountain Park Subdivision, Unit Three, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 22-23, Douglas County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by this reference and made a part of this description. Parcel ID Number: 02180250165 The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments as required by said Note and Security Deed.
