Map and Parcel #01600150089 You are hereby notified that the above styled action seeking a declaratory judgment to remove any cloud on title to the Respondent Property was filed against you in said Court on March 6, 2018, and that by reason of an Order for service of Summons by publication entered by the Court on the 7th day of May, 2018, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Victor J. Harrison and Miranda B. Jordan, Plaintiff’s/Petitioner’s attorneys, whose address is 3150 Golf Ridge Boulevard, Suite 101, Douglasville, Georgia 30135, an Answer to the Complaint within sixty (60) days of the date of the Order for service by publication.
