Because of a default under the terms of the Security Deed executed by Dorothea Davenport and Trilace L. Davenport to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Allied Home Mortgage Capital Corporation, its successors and assigns dated April 20, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 2552, Page 372, as last modified in Deed Book 3291, Page 803, Douglas County Records, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $138,902.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, September 4, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 647, 18TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 6 OF NORTH HAVEN SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 79, SAID PLAT BEING MADE A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE METES AND BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCES OF SAID PROPERTY.
