STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS PUBLICATION OF NOTICE AND SUMMONS To: JESSE LEE BRANTLEY III Douglas County RE: Douglas County Juvenile Court File Nos: 16JV0944 In the Interest of A.B., minor child GREETINGS: you are hereby notified that a PETITION FOR PERMANENT GUARDIANSHIP regarding the minor child has been filed in the Juvenile Court of Douglas County AND BY ORDER OF THE COURT, a hearing has been set for September 10, 2018 at 8:30am at 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Ga. 30134 . You have a right to be heard in these matter and you should appear personally or through counsel at this hearing. You have a right to appointed counsel, if you are found to be indigent within the meaning of the law. However, you must first apply to the Court for an attorney.

You are entitled to object either to the establishment of a permanent guardianship or to the selection of the Petitioner as permanent guardianship, or both. You shall have 10 days to file a written objection with the Court.

You will lose all rights to object to the appointment of permanent guardians for the minor if you do not file an objection with the Court within

10 days of the notice. You can obtain a copy of the Petition for permanent Guardianship from:

If the Petition is granted, the permanent guardian will be Dejianna Brantley. In the event
