Notice of Sale Under Power. State of Georgia, County of DOUGLAS. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by MICHELLE DYER to HOMEBANC MORTGAGE CORPORATION , dated 02/28/2007, and Recorded on 03/08/2007 as Book No. 2527 and Page No. 472‑487, DOUGLAS County, Georgia records, as last assigned to U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST (the Secured Creditor), by assignment, conveying the after‑described property to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of $79,200.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the DOUGLAS County Courthouse within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in February, 2018, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 923 OF THE 18TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT NO. 113 OF CHESTNUT LOG SUBDIVISION, UNIT FOUR, AS SHOWN BY PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 79; SAID PLAT BEING MADE A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE METES AND BOUNDS, COURSES AND DISTANCES OF SAID PROPERTY. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Deed to Secure Debt.
