The property is described as all that parcel of land being in Douglas County, Georgia; and being more particularly described as follows and being also known as property located at 3128 Wallace Lake Road: ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 85 of the 1st District, 5th Section, Douglas County, Georgia, consisting of 1.93 acres, more or less, and being more particularly described as a portion of that property described in a deed of record in Deed Book 388, Page 722, Douglas County, Georgia Deed Records. The right to redeem the within and foregoing described property will expire and be forever barred on and after the 1st day of May, 2017, or 30 days after your receipt of this notice. The Tax deed to which this notice relates is dated July 7, 2015, and is recorded in the public Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3317 at Page 201.
