NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, DOUGLAS COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Deed") given by Marcia Fletcher to Lewis G. Newman, dated June 8, 2015, filed for record June 15, 2015, and recorded in Deed Book 3303, Page 526, Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $107,000.00, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT PIECE, PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 74 OF THE 1ST LAND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 80, WILLOWS NORTH SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, AS PER A PLAT FILED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 1, DOUGLAS COUNTY PUBLIC RECORDS, AND DESIGNATED AS 4050 WILLOW RIDGE ROAD, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING FOR THE SUBJECT LOCALE. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed.
