NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER THIS LAW FIRM IS ACTING AS A DEBT COLLECTOR ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Lorita J. Gilbert, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc “MERS” as nominee for Home Loan Center, Inc., DBA LendingTree Loans, dated July 16, 2007, filed for record July 24, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 2596, at Page 720-735, Douglas County, Georgia Records, and last assigned to Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, doing business as Christiana Trust, not in its individual capacity, but solely as trustee for BCAT 2015-14BTT, by Corrective Assignment of Security Deed recorded on January 25, 2016, in Deed Book 3356, at Page 992, Douglas County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated July 16, 2007 in the original principal sum of TWO HUNDRED EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($218,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold before the Courthouse door at Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on June 5, 2018, the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney’s fees. The individual or entity that has full authority to negotiate, amend, and modify all terms of the mortgage with the debtor is: Fay Servicing LLC, 440 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL 60605, 1-800-495-7166. Please understand that the secured creditor is not required to negotiate, amend, or modify the terms of the mortgage instrument. Said property will be sold “as-is” without any representation, warranty, or recourse against the above named creditor or the undersigned, and subject to any outstanding ad valorem taxes and/or assessments, and all easements and restrictions of record, if any, having priority over this Security Deed. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the owner and party in possession of the property is Lorita J. Gilbert, and/or tenant(s).
