NUTTER & COMPANY dated May 19, 2005, recorded in Deed Book 2163, Pages 674-680, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY-TWO AND 00/100 (U.S. $121,942.00) with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of DOUGLAS County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in SEPTEMBER, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 130 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT 12 OF SUTTON PLACE, UNIT 3, AS SHOWN PER PLAT OF SURVEY FILED OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 158 (INADVERTENTLY REFERRED TO AS PAGE 168), DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT OF SURVEY BY REFERENCE THERETO IS INCORPORATED IN THIS DESCRIPTION.
