NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, DOUGLAS COUNTY By virtue of a Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed from DEBORA HAILSTALK to JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A., dated September 14, 2012, recorded October 10, 2012, in Deed Book 3060, Page 1006-1024, Douglas County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the original principal amount of One Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Forty-Two and 00/100 dollars ($178,242.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, said Security Deed having been last sold, assigned and transferred to New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the Douglas County Courthouse, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in April, 2018, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF DOUGLAS, STATE OF GA AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND IN CITY OF VILLA RICA, DOUGLAS COUNTY, STATE OF GEORGIA, AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN DEED BOOK 2304, PAGE 272, ID# 02060250115, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 206 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 13, AS SHOWN ON FINAL PLAT FOR NORTHWOODS AT MIRRIOR LAKES, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGES 87-91, DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDS, SAID PLAT BEING INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE THERETO.
