NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated July 24, 2014, from Ella G. Hall to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc., recorded on August 22, 2014 in Deed Book 3238 at Page 45 Douglas County, Georgia records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to The Money Source, Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated July 24, 2014, in the amount of $86,406.00, and said Note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Douglas County, Georgia, on April 3, 2018 the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 125 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 28 OF BIRCHWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT II, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 65, DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDS. TAX MAP REFERENCE: 0125-025-0123 The debt secured by the Security Deed and evidenced by the Note and has been, and is hereby, declared due and payable because of, among other possible events of default, failure to make the payments as required by the terms of the Note.
