Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated July 26, 2005, from LADONNA Y. HIGHTOWER to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., recorded on August 8, 2005 in Deed Book 2200 at Page 128, Douglas County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated July 26, 2005, in the amount of $108,000.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Douglas County, Georgia, on October 3, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"):ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 472 AND 431 OF THE 18TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 5, SKYVIEW RIDGE SUBDIVISION, UNIT ONE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 250, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS.
