STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of DOUGLAS NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from USMAN IDODO to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN dated May 10, 2004, filed for record June 2, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 1970, Page 154, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2004-C, MORTGAGE-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-C by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3575, Page 985, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated May 10, 2004 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($119,600.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at DOUGLAS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in August, 2018, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 704 AND LAND LOT 737 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, 3RD SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 53 OF AVALON, UNIT ONE-PHASE THERE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 60, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS HEREBY REFERRED TO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE.
