Said required Permanent Easement for Construction and Maintenance of Slopes for Parcel 117B containing a total of 594.06 square feet. All according to the plans for Douglas County Department of Transportation, titled C.R. 817/ Lee Road Improvements, Sheets 27 and 59, drawn by The LPA Group dated June 27, 2008 and last revised: December 10, 2015 and shown as Parcel No. 117B, which plans are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. You are hereby notified that a Petition for Condemnation of the above-described property and an Order and Judgment condemning the same were filed against you in said Court on the 14th day of April, 2016, and that by reason of an Order for Service by Publication entered by the Court on the 8th day of September, 2017, you are hereby commanded and required to file with the Clerk of said Court and serve upon Robert M.
