LEANDRA RENEE THOMPSON Douglas County RE: Douglas County Juvenile Court File No. 17-JV-0677 In the Interest of K.J.T., minor child GREETINGS: You are hereby notified that a Petition and Complaint for Dependency regarding your minor child has been filed in the Juvenile Court of Douglas County, and by order of the Court, a hearing has been set for October 18, 2017 at 8:00 a.m. at 8700 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, GA 30134. You have a right to be heard in this matter and you should appear personally or through counsel at this hearing. You have a right to appointed counsel if you are found to be indigent within the meaning of the law; however, you must first apply to the Court for an attorney.

You are entitled to object to the allegation of Dependency. You shall have ten (10) days to file a written objection with the Court.

You will lose all rights to object to the allegation of Dependency if you do not file an objection with the Court within ten (10) days of this notice.

You can obtain a copy of the Petition and Complaint for Dependency and file your objection with:

If the allegation of Dependency is found to be true, the Petitioner shall be granted temporary custody of said minor child.
