Karanja to Wachovia Bank, National Association dated March 30, 2007, and recorded in Deed Book 2550, Page 1014, Douglas County Records, securing a Note in the original principal amount of $50,000.00, the holder thereof pursuant to said Deed and Note thereby secured has declared the entire amount of said indebtedness due and payable and, pursuant to the power of sale contained in said Deed, will on the first Tuesday, June 5, 2018, during the legal hours of sale, before the Courthouse door in said County, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the property described in said Deed, to-wit: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 136 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT 100 OF HARRISON MILL SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN ON A FINAL PLAT OF SURVEY OF HARRISON MILL, DATED APRIL 22, 2004, PREPARED BY VANSANT-CAMPBELL LAND SURVEYING, CERTIFIED BY GILL CAMPBELL, GEORGIA REGISTERED LAND SURVEYOR NO. #2445, FILED OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 155-157, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT OF SURVEY BY REFERENCE THERETO IS INCORPORATED IN THIS DESCRIPTION. Said property is known as 4005 Jackie Drive, Douglasville, GA 30135, together with all fixtures and personal property attached to and constituting a part of said property, if any. This conveyance is made subject to that certain Security Deed in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc., recorded in Deed Book 2193, page 138, Douglas County Records.
