By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Security Deed from Keener Hazard, to New Century Mortgage Corporation dated June 27, 2006, filed for record August 1, 2006, and recorded in Deed Book 2406, at Page 326, Douglas County, Georgia Records, and last assigned to DLJ Mortgage Capital, Inc, by Assignment of Security Deed recorded on June 14, 2016, in Deed Book 3395, at Page 248, Douglas County, Georgia Records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note dated June 27, 2006 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED FOURTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY ($114,750.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold before the Courthouse door at Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on December 5, 2017, the property described on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. The debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney’s fees.
