Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt given by LYNN F. KURTZ to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. ("MERS") AS NOMINEE FOR REALTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 12/20/2007, and Recorded on 01/29/2008 as Book No. 2665 and Page No. 475‑494, DOUGLAS County, Georgia records, as last assigned to WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.
