Lindsey, II to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, dated 11/17/2016, recorded 11/29/2016 in Deed Book 3443, Page 147, Douglas County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to Freedom Mortgage Corporation by virtue of assignment recorded in Deed Book 3582, Page 496, Douglas County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($300,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June 2018 by Freedom Mortgage Corporation, as Attorney in Fact for Ralph R. Lindsey, II, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 192 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT AND 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA AND BEING LOT NO. 6 OF MIDTOWN SUBDIVISION, AS SHOWN PER PLAT RECORDED IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 120; SAID PLAT BEING MADE A PART HEREOF BY THIS REFERENCE THERETO. BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED FROM FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION TO RALPH R. LINDSEY, II BY DEED DATED MARCH 29, 2010 AND RECORDED APRIL 5, 2010 IN BOOK 2858, PAGE 180 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, DOUGLAS COUNTY. TAX ID#: 01920250044. SUBJECT TO ANY EASEMENTS OR RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD. Said property being known as 8670 NEWBORN WAY, DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA 30134 according to the present numbering system in Douglas County. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note. The indebtedness remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same, all expenses of the sale, including attorneys' fees and all other payments provided for under the terms of the Security Deed and Note.
