STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY of DOUGLAS NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in that certain Deed to Secure Debt from LARRY MCCOLLEY to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. dated August 24, 2004, filed for record September 3, 2004, and recorded in Deed Book 2023, Page 110, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2858, Page 3, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 24, 2004 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($145,138.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at DOUGLAS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in November, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 925 OF THE 18TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT 17, KNOTS LANDING SUBDIVISION, UNIT TWO, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 120, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART OF HEREOF.
