Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Evelyn C. Mcrae to Option One Mortgage Corporation, A California Corporation, dated 07/28/2005, recorded in Deed Book 2195, Page 359, Douglas County, Georgia records, as last transferred to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for HSI Asset Securitization Corporation Trust 2006-OPT2, Mortgage-Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OPT2 by assignment recorded or to be recorded in the Douglas County, Georgia records conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of One Hundred Forty-Two Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS ($142,000.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the usual place for conducting Sheriff's sales in Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in May 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 124 OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 30, OF LONETREE AT ANNEEWAKEE TRAILS SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT OF SURVEY RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 39, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART HEREOF, BEING IMPROVED PROPERTY KNOWN AS 4535 TEE PEE PASS, DOUGLASVILLE, GEORGIA.
