By virtue of the Power of Sale contained in that certain Security Deed given from Christine Morrell to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Pacific Reverse Mortgage, Inc. DBA Financial Heritage, dated 05/12/2008, recorded 10/29/2008 in Deed Book 2743, Page 609, Douglas County, Georgia records, and as last assigned to Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC by virtue of assignment recorded in Deed Book 3316, Page 346, Douglas County, Georgia records, said Security Deed having been given to secure a Note of even date in the principal amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND AND 00/100 DOLLARS ($192,000.00), with interest thereon as provided for therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in October 2016 by Reverse Mortgage Funding, LLC, as Attorney in Fact for Christine Morrell, all property described in said Security Deed including but not limited to the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 225 AND 226 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 5, OF WOODCREEK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 295, DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY THIS REFERENCE AND MADE A PART OF THIS DECRIPTION. The indebtedness secured by said Security Deed has been declared due because of default under the terms of said Security Deed and Note.
