STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER By virtue of the power of sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt executed by Nathaniel Morris, Jr. & Niki McAfee dated 03/05/15, to Donna Jean Harper McCune, Trustee of the Revocable Living Trust of Donna Jean Harper McCune, dated 11/15/12, and recorded in Deed Book 3280, Page 166, Douglas County, Georgia records, there will be sold at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder before the Courthouse Door in said County, during the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in September, 2017, to wit September 5, 2017, by Donna Jean Harper McCune, Trustee of the Revocable Living Trust of Donna Jean Harper McCune, dated 11/15/12, as Attorney in Fact for Nathaniel Morris, Jr. & Niki McAfee the following described property, to wit: All that tract and parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 101 of the 2nd District and 5th Section of Douglas County, Georgia, and being Lot Nos. 26 and 27 of Nations Corner Subdivision as shown by plat of said subdivision recorded in the real property records of Douglas County, Georgia, in Plat Book 9, page 231; said plat being made a part hereof by this reference thereto for a more complete description of the metes and bounds, courses and distances of said property. Being 3881 Nations Drive, Douglasville, Ga. 30135 Parcel# 010102550022 Said debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt having been declared due and payable because of default in the payment of the indebtedness secured thereby, this sale will be made for the purposes of paying the same and all expenses of the sale, including attorney's fees, (notice of intention to collect attorney's fees having been given as provided by law).
