MOYE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., (“MERS”), AS NOMINEE FOR FRANKLIN AMERICAN MORTGAGE COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS , dated 06/12/2008, and Recorded on 06/19/2008 as Book No. 1416 and Page No. 138‑147, COFFEE County, Georgia records, as last assigned to BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.
