NOTICE TO FORECLOSE RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY FROM TAX SALE TO: ESTATES OF JANE SMITH, G.W. SMITH, HERMAN SMITH, LIZZIE LOU SMITH PERKINS AND ALL HEIRS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND/OR EXECUTORS OF ESTATES OF JANE SMITH, G.W. SMITH, HERMAN SMITH, LIZZIE LOU SMITH PERKINS, SAID PROPERTY IS VACANT WITH INGRESS AND EGRESS FROM FACTORY SHOALS ROAD, MAP AND PARCEL NO. 07731820002; AND ANY AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. TAKE NOTICE THAT:

The right to redeem the following described property, to wit:

ALL THAT TRACT or parcel of land lying and being in the 18th District, 2nd section of Douglas County, Georgia, and being part of original Land Lot #773 thereof, described as: BEGINNING at an iron pin marking the original southwest corner of said land lot #773 thereof; thence north along original west line of said land lot a distance of 432.7 feet and to an iron pin located on the eastern side of Factory Shoals Road; thence northwest along the eastern side of Factory Shoal Road as located a distance of 137.8 feet to an iron pin corner; thence south parallel with original west line of said land lot a distance of 545 feet and to an iron pin for corner located on the original south line of land lot #773; thence west along original south line of said land lot a distance of 70 feet and to an iron pin corner at the point of beginning. All as more clearly shown by plat of survey of property of Chester L. Smith dated August 1959 made by H.L. Fitzpatrick, Civil Engineer. Said property being vacant, and being Map and Parcel No. 07731820002. Will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 31st day of October, 2016.

The tax deed to which this notice relates is dated the 5th day of August, 2014, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia, in Deed Book 3241, Page 358, Douglas County, Georgia records. The property may be redeemed at any time before the 31st day of October, 2016, by payment of the redemption price as fixed and provided by law to the undersigned at the following address: DON F.
