Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated November 20, 2006, from ERICA ORANGE and ANTONIO ORANGE to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, A COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE VENTURES, LLC SERIES, recorded on December 6, 2006 in Deed Book 2479 at Page 632, Douglas County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-26 by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated November 20, 2006, in the amount of $142,400.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Douglas County, Georgia, on September 5, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"):ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOTS 629 AND 664 OF THE 18TH DISTRICT, 2ND SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 138 OF THE VIEW AT GROOVERS LAKE SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1, UNIT 1, AS PER PLAT RECORDED 1N PLAT BOOK 33, PAGE 154, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORG1A RECORDS, WHICH PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE.
