PEARSON to HOMEAMERICAN CREDIT INC DBA UPLAND MTG dated August 31, 2002, filed for record September 10, 2002, and recorded in Deed Book 1617, Page 482, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ABFS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2002-3, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2002-3 by assignment recorded in Deed Book 2755, Page 308, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, corrective assignment to be recorded. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 31, 2002 in the original principal sum of NINETY TWO THOUSAND AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($92,000.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at DOUGLAS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in June, 2018, the following described property: ATTACHED TO FILE: L72350 ALL THAT TRACT AND PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 129 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, BEING LOT 2, CHEROKEE MANOR, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 284A, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS. BEING PROPERTY KNOWN AS 5793 WENONA STREET, DOUGLASVILLE, GA 30135, ACCORDING TO THE PRESENT SYSTEM OF NUMBERING HOUSES IN DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA. To the best of the knowledge and belief of the undersigned, the party in possession of the property is MITCHELL J. PEARSON and VICKI D. PEARSON or a tenant or tenants. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan.
