NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORGIA, DOUGLAS COUNTY Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in the Security Deed dated June 18, 2009, filed July 8, 2009, recorded in Deed Book 2803, Page 522, Douglas County, Georgia Records Georgia, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse in Douglas County, Georgia, on the first Tuesday in August, 2017, to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 644 of the 18th District, 2nd Section, Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 70, Augusta Woods Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 28, page 72-74, Douglas County, Georgia Records, which recorded plat is incorporated herein by this reference and made a part of this description. Said property being known as 1192 Grove Trail Pass according to the present system of numbering property in Douglas County, Georgia. Property Address: 1192 Grove Trail Pass, Douglasville, GA 30134 Parcel ID # 06441822053 The debt secured by said Security Deed is evidenced by a Note dated June 18, 2009, in the principal amount of $123,000.00 from Robyn Rana in favor of Andrew Stebbins. The debt secured by said Security Deed and evidenced by said Note has been and is hereby declared due and payable because of grantor’s failure to comply with certain terms and conditions in said Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying said indebtedness including all accrued and unpaid interest thereon, and attorney fees and all expenses of said sale. The property will be sold as the property of Robyn Rana and Vijay Rana who, to the best of the undersigned’s knowledge and belief, are the parties in possession of said property.
