NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER, DOUGLAS COUNTY Pursuant to the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Daniel Schweizer and Nancy Schweizer to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for EVERBANK
 dated 5/7/2013 and recorded in Deed Book 3130 Page 6 Douglas County, Georgia records; as last transferred to or acquired by Ditech Financial LLC, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $ 105,000.00, with interest at the rate specified therein, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia (or such other area as designated by Order of the Superior Court of said county), within the legal hours of sale on April 03, 2018 (being the first Tuesday of said month unless said date falls on a Federal Holiday, in which case being the first Wednesday of said month), the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 822 of the 18th District, 2nd Section of Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 45 of the Subdivision of Mrs. Evelyn H. Boyd, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, page 144, Douglas County, Georgia, records said subdivision Lot Number 45 being more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the easterly side of Cherokee Boulevard at the point where the easterly side of the said Cherokee Boulevard is intersected by the southerly side of Edna Place and running thence easterly and along the southerly side of Edna Place a distance of 187 feet and to a corner; thence southerly and parallel with the easterly side of Cherokee Boulevard a distance of 108 feet and to a corner; thence westerly and parallel with the southerly side of Edna Place a distance of 187 feet and to a corner on the easterly side of Cherokee Boulevard; thence southerly and along the easterly side of Cherokee Boulevard a distance of 108 feet and to a corner at the point of beginning. 

Said plat of survey being made a part hereof by reference thereto in order to more clearly show the courses, distances, metes and bounds of described premises. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
