Georgia, Douglas County Notice Of Sale Under Power In Security Deed Under and by virtue of Power of Sale contained in Security Deed from ANTHONY Q. SETTLE, SR. to DAVID N. HESTER AND SHERAH P. HESTER, dated January 13, 2015, recorded in Deed Book 3270, Page 249, Douglas County Records, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in July, 2017, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 63 of the 1st District and 5th Section of Douglas County, Georgia, being a 2.11 acres tract of land known and designated as Tract One on a plat of survey prepared by Vansant-Campbell Land Surveying and Land Planning for David N. Hester and Brad N. Hester, dated March 28, 2002, and revised March 21, 2007, recorded at Plat Book 35, Page 85, Douglas County, Georgia Records. Said recorded plat is by reference incorporated in this description and made a part hereof. Said property has an address of 5017 Chapel Hill Road, Douglasville, Georgia 30135. The debts secured by said Security Deed have been and are hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the obligations secured by said Security Deed. The debts remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney's fees. Said property will be sold as the property of ANTHONY QUINN SETTLE, SR. and ADIA V. JACK, subject to all presently and past due real estate taxes and penalty and interest thereon; and all other easements, security interests, liens, estates, conditions, covenants and restrictions of record, if any, having priority over this Deed to Secure Debt.
