40271530 4624838 Taylor-Parks 40001177 NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER STATE OF GEORGIA COUNTY OF DOUGLAS Under and by virtue of the power of sale contained with that certain Security Deed dated October 20, 2005, from EVELYN KATRINA TAYLOR-PARKS to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ACCREDITED HOME LENDERS, INC., recorded on October 28, 2005 in Deed Book 2250 at Page 271, Douglas County, Georgia Records, having been last sold, assigned, transferred and conveyed to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF8 Master Participation Trust by Assignment and said Security Deed having been given to secure a note dated October 20, 2005, in the amount of $190,400.00, said note being in default, the undersigned will sell at public outcry during the legal hours of sale before the door of the courthouse of Douglas County, Georgia, on August 1, 2017, the following described real property (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"): ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 64 OF THE 2ND DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION OF DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING FULLY DESCRIBED BY A PLAT PREPARED BY J.B. PIKKLE, JR., SURVEY DATED JANUARY 28, 1980, REVISED APRIL 10, 1986; AND AS PER SAID PLAT THE PROPERTY IS DESCRIBED AS LOT 8 OF GREYSTONE SUBDIVISION, THE SUBJECT PLAT BEING OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 122, DOUGLAS COUNTY RECORDS.
