AS NOMINEE FOR PRIMARY CAPITAL ADVISORS LC dated August 29, 2003, filed for record September 9, 2003, and recorded in Deed Book 1824, Page 1020, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, and as re-recorded in the Deed Book 1903, Page 81, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-34A by assignment recorded in Deed Book 3288, Page 158, DOUGLAS County, Georgia Records. Said Deed to Secure Debt having been given to secure a Note dated August 29, 2003 in the original principal sum of ONE HUNDRED THIRTY EIGHT THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY ONE AND 0/100 DOLLARS ($138,991.00), with interest from date at the rate stated in said Note on the unpaid balance until paid, there will be sold by the undersigned at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the Courthouse door at DOUGLAS County, Georgia, or at such place as has or may be lawfully designated as an alternative location, within the legal hours of sale on the first Wednesday in July, 2017, the following described property: ALL THAT TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND LYING AND BEING IN LAND LOT 90, OF THE 1ST DISTRICT, 5TH SECTION, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA, AND BEING LOT 229, NATURES POINT, UNIT THREE, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 164 THRU 166, DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA RECORDS WHICH RECORDED PLAT IS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE FOR A MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF SAID PROPERTY. The debt secured by said Deed to Secure Debt has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, non-payment of the monthly installments on said loan. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
