NOTICE OF SALE UNDER POWER GEORIGA, DOUGLAS COUNTY Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Deed to Secure Debt (the "Security Deed") given by Mary Leeanna Trujillo and Elizabeth Trujillo Wallace in favor of William E. Clement and Linda S. Clement, dated March 7, 2011, filed for record March 16, 2011, recorded in Deed Book 2926, Page 216, Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of $71,611.09, with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on the first Tuesday in January, 2018, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 101 of the 2nd District, 5th Section, Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot 31, Nation's Corner, as per Plat recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 231, in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia, which recorded Plat is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this description. Being known as 3960 Watkins Way, Douglasville, GA 30135. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in the Security Deed and by law, including attorney's fees (notice of intent to collect attorney's fees having been given).
