NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE UNDER POWER DOUGLAS COUNTY, GEORGIA THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT. ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED WILL BE USED FOR THAT PURPOSE. Under and by virtue of the Power of Sale contained in a Security Deed given by Nicole M. Wilson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. As Nominee For SunTrust Mortgage, Inc., dated December 30, 2016, and recorded in Deed Book 3453, Page 329, Douglas County, Georgia Records, as last transferred to SunTrust Mortgage, Inc. by assignment recorded on January 4, 2018 in Book 3556 Page 1028 in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Douglas County, Georgia Records, conveying the after-described property to secure a Note in the original principal amount of Three Hundred Four Thousand Two Hundred and 0/100 dollars ($304,200.00), with interest thereon as set forth therein, there will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Douglas County, Georgia, within the legal hours of sale on April 3, 2018, the following described property: All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 63 of the 1st District and 5th Section of Douglas County, Georgia, being Lot No 32 of Holly Springs Subdivision, Unit One, as shown by plat of said subdivision recorded in the real property, Records of Douglas County, Georgia, in Plat Book 16, Pages 221-222, said plat being made a part hereof by this reference thereto for a more complete description of the metes and bounds, courses and distance of said property. The debt secured by said Security Deed has been and is hereby declared due because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness as and when due and in the manner provided in the Note and Security Deed. The debt remaining in default, this sale will be made for the purpose of paying the same and all expenses of this sale, as provided in Security Deed and by law, including attorney’s fees (notice of intent to collect attorney’s fees having been given).
