Segal presented with Certificate of Recognition

Mayor Robinson presented Mayor Pro Tem Richard Segal his Certificate of Recognition from the Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute on Thursday Jan. 25.

Segal completed the 42 hours of training required for the level one training in this five level training program. He completed this training in a stand alone training track.

The Municipal Training Institute (MTI) is a series of training classes designed to help city officials enhance their knowledge and skills in Municipal related matters. Course classes include key core areas such as Finance, Municipal Law, Municipal Courts and Human Resources.

The MTI operates through partnership with the University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government and the Georgia Municipal Association.
