Ms. Cora Ann Long, age 69, of Villa Rica, Georgia, passed away Monday, September 19, 2016, at her residence.

Ms. Long was born in Columbus, Georgia, on June 15, 1947, the daughter of the late Quinn Ethridge and Minnie Lee Parker Ethridge. Throughout her lifetime she worked for several companies in the accounting field but most recently enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family. She was a Christian.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, “Daniel” William and Penny Long, Carrollton, Georgia, Quinn “Allen” and Debra Long, Waco, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Angelina and Jim Budine, Boise, Idaho; grandchildren, Steven Budine and Marissa Lea Long; sister, Dinah Deaton, Dothan, Alabama, and sister and brother-in-law, Connie and Jimmy Hix, Abbeville, Alabama; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Barbara and Henry Thomas, Lagrange, Georgia, Linda Welch, Lithia Springs, Georgia, Kenneth Long, Clifford and Carol Long, Donald Long and Kellie Long, all of Douglasville, Georgia.

She was preceded in death by her husband, David Long.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, September 24, 2016, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Celebration of Life Service will begin at 5 p.m. with Brother Keith Long officiating and the sons will deliver the eulogy.
