Joyce H. Clark Parks, 85, of Carrollton, Ga., died Saturday, Dec. 2, 2017. She was born Aug. 10, 1932, in Carrollton to the late Comer Clark and Pearl Hendrix Clark.

She was a homemaker and an artist. She was a member of Beulah Land Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. J.W. Parks; and brothers, Hugh Clark, Harold Clark, and the Rev. Bobby Clark.

Survivors include her children, David and Deborah Parks of Ephesus, Dan and Nancy Parks of Carrollton, Donna and Eric Mansfield of Carrollton, and Sherry and Gary Kennedy of Carrollton; sister, Dale Clark Grogan of Dallas, Georgia; brother, Bill Clark of Atlanta; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 11 a.m. at Beulah Land Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Beulah Land Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday, Dec. 4, from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
