The Chapel Hill baseball team will head into its first season competing in Region 5-AAAA with an 8-8 record. The Panthers head into the region slate on a high note after ending a three-game losing streak by downing visiting Landmark Christian 4-3 last Friday.
As the last of the winter sports are being completed this weekend, it is clear that teams in Region 5-AAAAAA are leaving their mark on the school year.
Alexander junior sprinter Vivette Green will run in today’s semifinals of the 60-meters at the New Balance National Indoor meet in New York.
